On 4 August, a delegation from eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre (eBRAM) visited the headquarters of Hikvision in Hangzhou to gain insights into the latest developments and applications of artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, and smart city solutions.

As a global leader in AIoT solutions, Hikvision showcased its latest advancements in AI, large language model analytics, video perception technology, and digital twin platforms. The demonstrations highlighted how these technologies are being applied across urban governance, enterprise operations, risk management, and public services—delivering tangible improvements in efficiency, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
During the visit, our team explored Hikvision’s artificial intelligence and industrial application roadmap and learned through case studies how AI is continuously expanding its frontiers across sectors. As an international institution dedicated to online dispute resolution and legal tech innovation, these developments carry significant implications for eBRAM. The rapid evolution of AI, intelligent sensing, and data analytics is opening new possibilities in dispute prevention, case management, cross-border collaboration, and the design of next-generation online resolution mechanisms.
This visit not only offered a close-up view of Chinese tech enterprises’ innovative capabilities but also deepened our appreciation of how technology empowers governance and service innovation. Looking ahead, eBRAM will continue to track emerging trends in AI, legal technology, and digital governance, and will actively engage with technology leaders and professional partners to co-create smarter, more efficient, and more trustworthy dispute resolution and governance models for the digital economy.
