2026 Training Course for Foreign-Related Affairs Legal Practice & Services Successfully Concludes Four Weeks of Intensive Training🔹

The 2026 Training Course for Foreign-Related Affairs Legal Practice & Services ("FRALPS") , jointly organised by the International Probono Legal Services Association (IPLSA), eBRAM International Online Dispute Resolution Centre (eBRAM), AALCO Hong Kong Regional Arbitration Centre (AALCO HKRAC), The International Dispute Resolution and Risk Management Institute (IDRRMI), and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Arbitration and Mediation Center (GBAMAC), was successfully completed on 6 September 2026.

The four-week programme covered a wide range of topics, including international arbitration, international commercial mediation, corporate governance, risk management, cross-border compliance, LegalTech applications, and foreign-related legal services practice. Through lectures, case studies, and practical simulation exercises, participants enhanced both their professional knowledge and practical skills.

As one of the co-organisers, eBRAM actively participated in the delivery of the programme. Mr. Albert Leung FCIArb FHKIArb MHKIoD MHKIE MIET CEng PMP®, Acting Chief Executive Officer of eBRAM, and Ms Yiwen (Wenny) Huang, FCIArb, Secretary General of eBRAM, served as trainers, sharing their practical experience in international arbitration, mediation, cross-broader dispute resolution, and LawTech applications.

eBRAM also leveraged its AI-powered real-time speech recognition and translation technologies to provide live captioning and interpretation support throughout the programme. The technology facilitated seamless communication in Putonghua, Cantonese, and English, demonstrating the practical value of LegalTech in professional training and cross-boundary legal services exchanges.
